Dress: H&M / Jacket: Unif (similar here & here) / Booties: Alexander Wang / Necklace: Kalta (similar here & here) / Sunglasses: Rayban / Bag: Stella McCartney

Happy Monday!
As we are nearing the end of summer I am super excited to be able to wear my leather jackets and sweaters again. Even though its still pretty hot, I was super comfortable wearing this light tee shirt dress under my jacket. I am also excited to break out my Alexander Wang booties again. I wore these to death last Fall, so I definitely need to restock some new booties for this season so I don’t completely kill these ones! (I am thinking these Isabel Marant ones.)
This dress also looks super cute with some skinny jeans or leggings underneath. It is pretty baggy so I suggest adding something to give you a little shape. I like to balance and outfit with one tight-fitting piece and one loose-fitting piece. Since the dress is the loose-fitting piece, my leather jacket was the tight-fitting piece that gave my look some necessary shape.
See you Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday Trendsday!
I thought I’d throw together some snaps from this past week. I did a lot of sight seeing; we headed uptown after brunch in Brooklyn at this amazing restaurant called Sisters, which is the first photo. I love to wander through all the amazing designer stores and take in the sights below Central Park. We also went to this really cool restaurant in Union Square called The Pavilion. It’s all outdoors and has an amazing vibe. They play all Cuban music which is my favorite. It feels like you’re on a tropical vacation when you’re there.
I also flew home to Colorado for a few days this week and it’s been really nice to have some down time :)
Also below I’ve attached some of my new favorites for the week. Check them out!
See you Friday :)

Top: James Perse / Denim: Topshop / Button Down: Cotton On (similar here & here) / Heels: Madewell / Sunglasses: Rayban / Bag: Stella McCartney

Happy Monday!
I decided to wrap this button down around my waist at the last second before we started shooting and I really glad we did because I love this look! I never plan an outfit around tying a button down or jacket around my waist it always just kind of happens, but I do love it with anything high waisted or with a look that needs a little more shape.
I’m in Colorado this week visiting my family before I start a hectic Fall schedule back in NYC! I can’t wait.
See you Wednesday!

Happy Friday!!
I always love going for an all white look. It’s so classic and you can’t go wrong. I would definitely wear this look out to eat or just going about my day; the denim dresses it down a bit so you can get away with wearing it casually.
It’s been so hot in NYC though lately that you can barely even wear denim! I hope it starts to cool down a bit because I always love wearing my favorite high waisted denim looks :)
See you Monday!

Blazer: Topshop / Cami: The Kooples / Shorts: Topshop / Bag: Kara / Sunglasses: Stella McCartney / Sneakers: Vince / Lipgloss: Bobbi Brown

Happy Wednesday Trendsday!
Today I was feeling like a little outfit inspo. These items are some that I have been on the lookout for a while. I love longline blazers and lately I have been loving silk cami’s. I love the mix of the distressed denim and soft silk.
I’ve attached a tonnn of other variations of each piece below so check them out! :)

Top: Madewell (similar here & here) / Shorts: Free People (similar here & here) / Button Down: Club Monaco (similar here & here) / Sneakers: H&M / Bag: Stella McCartney / Sunglasses: Rayban

Happy Monday!
I loved mixing my old striped tank with these cute embroidered shorts I got on sale from Free People. This look is also a combo of some of my other favorite colors to wear.
I’ve been wearing sneakers (particularly these ones) a lot this summer. I just feel like a good pair of white sneakers goes with every thing. And they don’t even have to be an investment, these were only $12. I could wear the sneakers and these shorts all summer long :)
Hope you have a good week ahead of you!
See you on Wednesday!

Happy Friday!
I’ve had this skirt for a while and its pretty formal so I wanted to dress it down with a tee and sneakers. I love this color combo of all neutrals; definitely my go to.
I hope everyone has fun weekend plans ahead, and maybe some outfits already planned 😉
See you Monday!

5 Favorite Places to Online Shop

Happy Wednesday Trendsday!
Today I’m sharing my favorite places to online shop along with some cute picks from each site :)

1. Revolve
If you’re anything like me you are obsessed with Revolve. They have a great selection of really cute brands along with a wide price range. Everything that I love though is always pretty expensive, obviously, so I only order from Revolve every few months. I do keep a section of ‘my favorites’ in my Revolve account so I can keep track of what I like and see if they go on sale later.

2. H&M
I looooove to shop H&M online. I love that everything comes to you clean and brand new. I know some H&M stores are kind of messy and a bunch of people have tried everything on (at least in NYC) so I love that the items I order are only mine. Also they always have online exclusives that are usually pretty cute.

3. Intermix
So Intermix is suuuuper expensive. Honestly I just look at the site for inspo, however they do always have major sales going on. I did actually just purchase a super cute top that was on sale from $245 to $90 – definitely worth it. I suggest signing up for their emails because there’s always good discount codes they send you. Also the styling on this site is amazing; so many great outfit ideas.

4. ShopStyle
If you don’t know what ShopStyle is you are seriously missing out. It’s basically a collection of everything you can shop on the internet, including clothing, beauty accessories, and home items. I always use it when I have something specific in mind that I am looking for, say a pair of white, pointed toe pumps. You can input all your specifications into the search engine, like category, color, price range, ect. and it’ll come out with all the white pumps it can find. Basically, anything you want, you can find through ShopStyle.

5. Fashion Bunker
BNKR is an Australian site that carries super cool brands. It’s pretty fashion forward but everything is amazing and really good quality. I’ve linked below pieces from the labels they carry, but if you want to visit the actual site, click the link above :)

Top: H&M / Skirt: Francesca’s (similar here) / Sneakers: H&M / Clutch: Marie Turnor / Sunnies: Rayban

Happy Monday!
I am finally back in NYC after many hours of traveling yesterday.
While we were shooting this look I mentioned to my photographer that I wanted to treat myself to some macaroons from Laduree after we were done. The cafe has an amazingly beautiful outdoor courtyard so we thought it would be fun to snap a couple photos while we took the pitstop.
Laduree is one of my favorite destinations in the city. Its a famous French bakery known for it’s macaroons. I love to pop in for brunch or just some treats to take home, but if you’re visiting for the first time definitely sit down in the restaurant to enjoy your pastries, because the decor is immaculate (side note-the milkshakes here are also surprisingly delicious too).
I got this skirt randomly on my last visit home to Colorado from one of my favorite stores there, Francesca’s. I don’t usually go for patterns but it spoke to me and I’m glad it did because I’ve worn it a bunch since. Its cute with just a white tee or a denim jacket and crop top too. I love how it’s super breezy which is perfect for the intense NYC heat.
See you Wednesday!

Vest: Club Monaco (similar here & here) / Dress: H&M / Sandals: Target (similar here & here) / Bag: Free People (similar here & here) / Sunglasses: Rayban

Happy Tuesdaaaaay!
I love this t-shirt dress from H&M. It was super cheap and I wear it all the time. It’s perfect for those super hot summer days where nothing feels comfortable.
Because the dress doesn’t really have any shape I thought throwing on some heels would give it an extra boost but I definitely wouldn’t hesitate wearing some sneakers to make this look even more comfortable.
This vest I’ve had for probably around a year and a half now. I wear it with everything because it’s so versatile and takes an outfit to another level so easy. Definitely worth the investment.
See you tomorrowwwww!
