Happy #WednesdayTrendsday!

Since I have been in Colorado my entire body is dry haha – my hair, skin, lips – all I’ve been doing is hydrating! So I thought I’d share some of my fave hydrating products.

The first is Gisou hair oil which is not only suuuuper hydrating for your hair but it also makes your hair super silky and shiny looking. I usually will massage in a small dollop every other day into the ends and up. Its important to remember not to put the oil on your scalp or at your roots because it will make your hair look greasy! You can also use this as a mask at night or on damp hair.

I also have been addicted to my coconut oil serum for my face. I’ve been told a ton of times that face oils are amazing and I bought one recently but haven’t been super good about applying it. However, since I got to Colorado it has been essential! I apply a thick layer every night before bed and it has even helped clear up my skin a lot. Face oils are definitely worth checking out.

Lastly I randomly decided to buy this Kopari lip balm when I was at Anthropologie the other day and I am obsesseddddd its so thick and smells amazing. I seriously apply it like 5 times a day haha. I also feel like its hard to find a good lip balm that doesn’t rub off within a few minutes and this one definitely doesn’t!

I’ve linked below a few variations of my essential hydrating products :)

See you Friday!

Top: Revolve / Denim: Paige / Jacket: Blank NYC / Booties: Target / Sunglasses: Le Specs / Bag: Chanel

Happy Monday!

I got this top on sale from Revolve a few months ago and its still available in a few sizes! I love it – I’ve paired it with white and black denim. Its such a good shape and really flattering.

Also Target is killing it in the shoe game right now. Seriously I’m about to order two more pairs haha – these ones and these! So cute and so cheap! I wear these nude ones all the time they are so comfy and go with everything.

Are you shopping for Cyber Monday today? I’ve done some ordering from J. Crew but I’ll def be searching the web some more later today. J. Crew is 50% off and I am such a sucker for everything of theirs so I had to order a few things haha.

See you Wednesday!

Top: H&M / Denim: J Brand / Blazer: H&M x Erdem (similar here & here) / Booties: Madewell / Sunglasses: Le Specs / Bag: Chanel

Happy Tuesday!

When I saw the collection from H&M x Erdem I was immediately in love! All the pieces were so feminine and structurally beautiful that I had to get something. I decided on this blazer even though I could have gotten everything! It’s really well made and fits me perfectly – even though I always go up 1 or even 2 sizes at H&M!

I’ve been home in Colorado for about a week now and it has been pretty uneventful! Haha I can’t wait to start decorating for Christmas though. It snowed for a bit a few nights ago and me and Fernando were so excited haha. We are planning on heading out to LA for a few days in early December to look for our new apartment! Can’t wait!

See you tomorrow :)

velvet

I love anything velvet during the holidays especially shoes! I have these really cute pink velvet slides I wear all the time by Dolce Vita but they also have these suuuuper cute velvet booties. Also Misa Los Angeles has some amazing velvet pieces as well.

sweaters

If you haven’t noticed I am obsessed with statement sweaters. Any huge chunky knit I am in love haha. I just bought this J. Crew cream sweater with ruffled sleeves and its on sale for $30! Worth it for sure :)

teddycoat

Teddy coats are definitely super trendy right now but these ones will be cute for a while! I love this striped one from J. Crew. I just bought a teddy coat from Anthropologie the other day and I am obsessed. So comfy and cozy. Plus its not super heavy so I’ll still be able to wear it on chilly days when we move to LA :)

Blazer: H&M / Turtleneck: American Apparel (similar here) / Denim: Levi’s / Booties: Target / Sunglasses: ASOS / Bag: Chanel

Happy Monday!

I arrived home to Colorado on Saturday night after a quick few days in Washington DC. I really wanted to go to DC before we left the east coast because I’m such an American history nerd and was dying to go to the Capitol building and see the Declaration of Independence haha. The city was amazing I definitely want to go back some day and watch Congress in session! Haha

So I’ll be in Colorado until the end of the year! We haven’t decided if we are moving to LA before or after New Year’s yet. In the meantime I am looking for a photographer in Colorado Springs so if you or someone you know is interested, don’t hesitate to contact me :)

I haaaaad to get this blazer because emerald green is my favorite color ever. I love blazers especially double breasted so this one was a dream! H&M has a reeeeeally good winter collection this season including this sweater that is so similar to this really expensive Acne one – I’ll definitely be getting the H&M version!

See you Wednesday!

Happy Monday!

We are back in Brooklyn today after a long long day of traveling from Hawaii yesterday! I am soooo sad to leave – Hawaii is one of my favorite places in the world, but hopefully I will be back soon.

The next few days are going to be very hectic as we are moving on Thursday! Our time in NYC has come to an end. Although my boyfriend and I have absolutely loved living here, we feel that its time to move on. We will always think about moving back to NYC and keep it in the back of our minds. On Thursday we are starting a road trip to Colorado where my parents live. We will be hitting a few cities in the south since its an area of the country I’ve never really explored so I’m excited about that! Since my mom is coincidentally also moving she is selling our childhood home so I’ll be spending Thanksgiving through Christmas there in order to have the most time left there before its gone!

After the holidays my boyfriend and I will continue our drive to LA! I’m so excited to move back to LA. I feel really good about it and think that it is the right decision for both of us. So many changes! Hopefully it will bring an amazing 2018 :)

See you Wednesday!
